Mo. and they were telling me that as early as late summer/early fall 09 they would be getting the legacy and outback...of course this IS a dealership and I did expect some smoke up my tailpipe. Glad to hear a CVT will be employed, makes me want that thing a bit more. So, do you have it on good authority that it will get 42 MPG? I was hearing that they should be hitting around 34 in town and 49 HWY...curious. Were you just splitting the difference? I was talking to a local dealership here in S.W.
