The folks at Volkswagon AG must really be really seeing a future for diesels in the US. They just launched a new site specifically for Audi’s upcoming diesel-powered offerings, www.audiusdiesel.com. Check it out to see TDI news, films about the race-winning R10 and upcoming Q7, and information on Bluetec and the environment.
That’s great that the diesels are finally starting to regain the USA again.
Too bad that the first model is an SUV. I think the A4 or S4 would have been a more fitting image for the performance aspect Audi is pushing.
Yeah I think they should have an affordable model available also. The only reason I can imagine they’re going about it like this is kinda like how Dodge used their Viper more to draw people into their dealerships then to make money on. Either way I’m going to have to see if there is some way I can get a test drive.
