As far as I know this is the fastest Hummer H1, nicknamed The Flying Fox. It has a 650hp Duramax Diesel.
New Diesel Cup for British Rally Racing

The Tesco 99 Octane MSA British Rally Championship has launched a Diesel Cup for the 2007 season.
The move, a first for rallying in the UK, provides for an exciting new category of rally car and acknowledges the importance of diesel vehicles which now make up over a third of British road car sales and represent one of the automotive industry’s biggest growth areas.
“Diesel cars are becoming more popular on the roads, more manufacturers are homologating them for motorsport and we want to recognise that in their own category in the Tesco 99 Octane MSA British Rally Championship,” says BRC Manager, Mark Taylor.
