Ford Motor Company has finally announced the new diesel engine for the F-Series Superduty pickups.  The engine will be a 6.4L that will run as clean as a gasoline engine.  They achieved this using high precision injectors coupled with a particulate filter system that will further rid the exhaust of the black smoke.  The low sulfur diesel standard that goes into effect Oct.15 will also help drive down emissions further.
